Orgasms are good for the body, the mind and the soul, so it’s important to invest in the right tools for the job. Most ladies out there will probably have a few sex toys lying under their beds, and there’s no doubt that there’s probably a vibrator or two in there.
But the most popular toy, which pretty much every woman has at least tried, is the vibrating rabbit.
Named for their kitsch little ‘bunny ears’ which offer clitoral stimulation alongside G-spot stimulation, vibrating rabbits are super popular for good reason. They’re kind of like the steak and chips of the sex toy world. They’re designed to hit every spot at once and always leave you satisfied. It doesn’t matter what type of stimulation gets you off, whether it’s penetrative or clitoral (and in some cases, a vibrating rabbit will even reach the back door), a rabbit will go to town on every sensitive area to ensure you achieve maximum orgasm.
With the vast number of rabbits on the market, it can be a little daunting to jump right in and hope that the one you pick hits all the necessary points. I’ve been searching for the perfect rabbit for a while now, and have landed on three particular models which have really added some sparkle to my solo play.
I find that there are three important factors which go into the perfect rabbit vibrator, so let’s briefly go over them before we jump in.
Firstly – and most obviously – the size. If any guys out there are reading, I hate to be the one to tell you, but bigger doesn’t always mean better. A lot of ladies will tell you it’s much more enjoyable to have a juicy, medium-sized steak than a gigantic overcooked one.
Every woman is different, so one size certainly won’t fit all, but I personally enjoy medium-sized vibrators which leave a little wiggle room. Likewise, I also like to feel ‘filled’ before the bunny ears reach the sweet spot, so it’s definitely important to find the right balance.
Secondly, the texture. Some women don’t care whether or not the surface of a sex toy feels like a real life penis, and to me, it’s not a big deal when it comes to rabbit vibrators. There are hundreds of dildos out there which offer realism over practicality, and vibrating rabbits aren’t usually known for being one of them. It’s a nice addition (and we’ll get to one of these later), but when it comes to rabbits, I’m looking for maximum release, not authenticity. Besides, how many guys do you know who can penetrate and stimulate at the same time to such an incredible level?
Lastly, the vibration. Ringing the devil’s doorbell is what tips me over the edge, so I need solid stimulation down there in order to achieve the most satisfying release possible. I also want to be able to customise the vibration settings to suit my needs.
With these points in mind, let’s look at the best vibrating rabbits out there.
BASICS Textured Rabbit Vibrator
My first pick is the BASICS Textured Rabbit Vibrator because it’s perfect for those who are on a budget.
This beauty is called BASICS for a reason, and a very good reason it is too. In today’s world of modern technology impacting every little thing in our lives, it’s possible to find sex toys which are overly complex and filled with unnecessary features. The BASICS Textured Rabbit Vibrator, however, strips things back to basics.
Sometimes, you just need to keep it simple. Toy, masturbation, orgasm. That’s exactly what the BASICS model does.
This toy arrived in a sexy little pink box which made no secret about what was inside. The BASICS Rabbit Vibrator comes only in pink, and it’s 8 inches long with a 1.5 inch diameter. It’s made from a bumpy, rubbery TPE material. Very smooth and sleek
Visually, it looks a treat. The texture allows you to see the mechanism and the batteries inside the device, but it’s not a big deal. The BASICS vibrator isn’t rechargeable, so it needs 2 x AA batteries to get going. Luckily, I’ve been using some pretty cheap batteries and they last a significant amount of time, so you won’t be breaking the bank with excessive battery purchasing.
Just like the real thing, this beauty has a girthy head which is slightly larger than the rest of the toy, so as soon as you slip this inside, you’ll feel an instant jolt of pleasure. Once the head is inserted and you relax around it, you’ll feel the bumpy texture of the device send wave after wave of sensations throughout your body. For such a straightforward toy, the penetrative side of this toy is second to none.
While the BASICS rabbit is 8 inches long, not all 8 inches are fully insertable due to the bunny ears halfway down the toy. Only around 5 inches are insertable, so if you’re all about the size, this might not be enough to give you the sensations you crave. However, if you’re like me and the penetrative aspect is just a bonus, then look no further. The thickness and length of this thing are more than enough to give you a little added sensation while the bunny ears hit the sweet spot.
Which brings me to the most important – the clitoral stimulation.
The multiple vibrating speeds are controlled by a twisting knob at the base. There are no pulsation patterns or anything like that; just a constant vibration which increases with intensity.
On the lowest setting (when the base is turned a few millimeters), the vibration is gentle but still very effective. It’s enough to get the pulse racing, but unless you’re super sensitive, it won’t be enough to send you overboard. However, once you crank up the volume, the vibration on this thing is like being stimulated with a jackhammer. It’s powerful enough to send even the most hard-to-please ladies to heaven and back.
Holding the BASICS rabbit is super simple; it won’t slip out of your hands when you’re getting down to business and the location of the vibrating base makes it easy to turn during solo play. Unlike some toys out there, you won’t have to contort yourself in order to get the most out of it.
If I had to pick two downsides to this toy, it would be the lack of a recharge function and the fact its length might not satisfy women who enjoy deeper penetration. However, if you’re not too concerned about hitting that G-spot when you masturbate, the BASICS rabbit is ideal. It’s simple, straightforward and it does the job without any hassle. It’s pretty cheap too!
Overall, a solid 7 out of 10. Bargain orgasms that always hit the spot.
Dream Rabbit Triple Vibrator
Next up, the second toy I’ve become particularly fond of is the Dream Rabbit Triple Vibrator.
Size-wise, this is pretty similar to the BASICS rabbit, but this one packs a little more punch. It’s 10 inches long, with an insertable length of 5.5 inches. Slightly more than the BASICS model, and this one is a little thicker too.
Like most elegant vibrators, this comes in a sleek purple design with enough bumps and ridges to make insertion feel like the most heavenly thing on earth. It’s made of a silicone-based rubber which is smooth and easy to clean, and it’s super comfortable to both touch and insert. The head isn’t as bulbous as some other models out there, but the Dream Rabbit makes up for it with its incredible functionality.
Firstly, the middle section isn’t static. It offers a ‘reversible’ rotating cylinder which allows for more rigorous stimulation when the Dream Rabbit is inserted, and there are several vibration patterns available so you can find which one works best for you.
As you can see from the pictures, the Dream Rabbit is happy to indulge the big three erogenous zones at once. While the main shaft stimulates the G-spot, the bunny ears and attached anal beads will work their magic in their respective areas.
Firstly, the clitoral stimulation this toy provides is up there with the best of them. The bunny ears themselves are extremely light and flexible, but with how fast they move, you’d think they were being chased by a greyhound. Unlike the BASICS, the vibration from these is pre-set, meaning it doesn’t go from zero to ten like a dial. There’s a control panel at the bottom of the toy which you can press either up or down, increasing the power of the vibrations.
There are only three different speeds, unfortunately, and they can be summed up as medium, fast, and very fast. I find the lowest and the middle settings are the most comfortable as they provide a solid amount of pressure without going overboard. The highest power will definitely please those ladies who like their clitoris given a good seeing to, and it’s also useful if you’re looking to get off quickly. However, I personally found that the fastest setting left me feeling a little numb downstairs afterward, and it even took away a little of the sensitivity during play.
Now, onto the Marmite aspect of the vibrator. Anal play can be a tricky sell when it comes to sex toys, because most ladies either love it or hate it. Fortunately, I’m one of the former, and the attached anal beads were the feature that initially drew me towards the Dream Rabbit.
The beads are incredibly light and flexible, and it is possible to kind of shove them out of the way during solo play if you’re not in the mood for them. However, it can cause a little discomfort having them poke against your butt cheek while you’re trying to get off. Unfortunately, they’re not detachable either, so you’re kind of stuck with them. But if you don’t mind a little back door entry, this little addition is the icing on the cake.
It can take a little jigging around to get the ears and beads in the right place, but once you’re all set up, it’s one of the most incredible sensations imaginable. You can ease the anal beads inside without too much hassle, and as they gradually increase in size, you won’t feel stretched or uncomfortable. Like the bunny ears, you can control the vibration of the beads with the control panel, and it also uses the same presets as the ears.
Once you have this working away at your three major zones, you won’t need another toy ever again. The combination of the three types of stimulation are like nothing I’ve ever felt before. It goes to town on all of them in the most perfect ways possible. Just be sure to coat the Dream Rabbit in enough to lube to ensure you don’t hurt yourself!
When it comes to downsides, I personally don’t have any, but there are a few aspects to the Dream Rabbit which may dissuade a few ladies.
If you’re not into the kinky stuff, the anal attachment will immediately put you off. Yes, it’s possible to enjoy the toy without anything going up your behind, but there are other toys which don’t have this problem. If you’re anti-anal, this isn’t the one for you.
The toy takes 3 x AA batteries, and while I’ve been using low quality batteries, they haven’t lasted as long as I’d hoped. It’s not a major point since the batteries I use are very cheap, but it’s sometimes a pain to have to change them around so often.
The only other potential negative to the Dream Rabbit is that it’s a little on the loud side. When all of the mechanisms are buzzing at once, it’s not exactly discreet. So, if you sometimes like to rub one in while your partner is downstairs watching TV, the Dream Rabbit will give you away every time!
Overall, 8 out of 10 for the Dream Rabbit. It provides mind blowing orgasms for a great price, and it allows for maximum clitoral and anal stimulation at the same time. What more could a girl want?
BunnyTron Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator
Now, there’s still one more toy out there that never fails to send me into blissful orgasmic heaven each and every time. Presenting the grand daddy of vibrating rabbits: the BunnyTron Thrusting Rabbit Vibrator.
Once again, we go slightly bigger with this one. This purple piece of bitesize passion is 11.25 inches long and can be inserted up to 5.75 inches deep. It’s made of a soft, sleek rubber material and it needs 4 x AA batteries to get going.
It might not look it from the pictures, but the BunnyTron is packing some serious girth. The head isn’t as oversized as other vibrators (the BASICS for example), but this toy makes up for it in other ways. As you make your way down the shaft, it gradually increases in thickness, so you can comfortably push yourself to your penetrative limits.
If it’s maximum G-spot stimulation that gets you off, this baby will make you feel like you’re being seen to by a professional pornstar. As the name suggests, the BunnyTron thrusts rather than vibrates, simulating the feel of genuine penetration. It offers a total of six different speeds, ranging from gentle thrusting right up to Ron Jeremy levels of pounding. The lower settings were enough to satisfy me personally, but if you like it hard and heavy, the BunnyTron is happy to provide.
There are no bunny ears to speak of with this model, instead employing the use of the rabbit’s flurrying forearms. The clitoral stimulator is one of the most intense I’ve ever experienced; offering a combination of 3 speeds and 4 pulsation patterns. Due to the length of this thing, it will definitely need to be lubed up in order to fit it comfortably inside you, so keep that in mind if you consider yourself to be a little ‘tight’.
Both the thrusting and clitoral vibrations are controlled separately, so you’re free to mix and match to find the perfect pattern. The control panel is on the base of the toy on a raised ridge, so it’s easy to change up while you’re down and dirty.
The power of this thing is out of this world. Even on the lower settings, the BunnyTron goes to work like an eager-to-please lover. The thrusting motion is a lot more satisfying than simple vibrations as it provides more well-round stimulation without you having to perform any manual labour yourself. Likewise, the bunny paws are firm but flexible and provide the perfect amount of pressure on the clitoris.
Aside from the need for 4 x batteries, there are no downsides to the BunnyTron at all. It may be a little too thick for some inexperienced ladies, but it’s nothing a little lube won’t fix. It’s no louder than any other thrusting toys out there, but this isn’t the kind of toy you can use discreetly while someone else is in the house. While it’s perfect for solo play, my husband has more than happy to put this to good use if I’m still craving a good orgasm after he’s finished.
Overall, 9 out of 10 for the BunnyTron. It’s quickly become my go-to vibrating rabbit for any occasion.
